With great pumping capability, the nXDS6i-R is the best performing pump in its class. The nXDS6i-R dry scroll pump rental works well backing a turbomolecular pump or evacuating your chamber. In addition, our nXDS6i-R dry scroll pump is lubricant-free, therefore providing a totally clean and dry vacuum space.
The nXDS6i-R uses an innovative bearing shield to isolate the vacuum environment from all forms of lubricants. The gas ballast allows for pumping of condensable vapers, including water, solvents, dilute acids and bases. This pump is more suitable for use on vaper handling process and may be used in some applications involving corrosive substances (contact High Vac Depot Rentals to discuss). The Edwards nXDS6i-R dry scroll pump has the gas ballast blanked off so it cannot be accidently opened. This is useful for rare gas recirculation or gas recovery.
