2. Typical rebuild time is approximately two weeks
3. An expedited option is available for an additional fee and reduces the two week rebuild to 3-4 business days
4. Our online pump rebuild service process takes you step by step to getting your pump rebuilt
5. A full rebuild includes replacement of bearings, lubricants, and seals. It does not include rotor/stator or pump body replacements. If we find damage to your rotor/stator or pump body we will contact you with pricing and details, prior to proceeding.
6. A one year warranty is provided on all rebuilt pumps

Our Rebuilding Process

• Receiving—Each pump is inspected for damaged and missing parts
• Evaluation—The pump is tested with the proper controller
• Disassembly—The pump is dissembled and inspected for internal damage
• Quotation—We quote you the cost for a standard repair
• Cleaning—All parts are thoroughly cleaned
• Assembly—Every pump is assembled using new O-rings, wicks, lubricating washers or nuts, and ultra-precision ceramic bearings
• Balancing—Rotor assemblies are balanced in steps and a balancing repair is included with your pump
• Final Assembly—Stator rings are installed, and the pump is ready for testing
• Final Test—Every pump is tested for a minimum of 24 hours
• Packaging—Each pump is bagged in plastic and packed into a box with a foam-in-place system for maximum protection during shipping
