Vacuum Pump Service Final Step
Congratulations on purchasing our pump service. Here are the final steps! Questions? Get in touch!
You have been emailed an order confirmation.
– this must be included for us to accept your package. Securely place it on the exterior of the vacuum pump package.
Ship your pump to us
Package your pump securely by doing the following:
- Remove oil from pump – do not send any replacement oil either
- Package in OEM packaging if available, if not, use quality packaging
- Secure the pump with foam. It’s best to not use bubble wrap and do NOT use packing peanuts
If you elected to provide a prepaid shipping label, please place it in an envelope and tape it directly to the pump. If you elected to provide your UPS or FedEx account, we’ll take care of getting your pump shipped back to you!
Ship your pump to our rebuild facility at:
Capitol Vacuum
14140 Parke Long Ct., Suite D
Chantilly, VA 20151
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for loss or damage.
A full rebuild includes replacement of bearings, lubricants, and seals. It does not include rotor/stator or pump body replacements. If we find damage to your rotor/stator or pump body we will contact you with pricing and details, prior to proceeding.
A typical rebuild takes approximately two weeks after receipt of the pump. If you elected to pay for the expedited service, it typically takes 3-4 business days after receipt of the pump.
We recommend emailing us at [email protected] with the tracking number of the pump you shipped to us and use your order number as the Subject Line of the email.
