Precison Plus Tech White Vacuum Pump oil fluid is specially processed for applications where exposure to reactive gases can cause premature degradation of your oil. This Tech White oil undergoes a stripping process in which saturated and aromatic fluid components are removed. The result is a fluid oil with higher resistance to acid by products and a longer life than other hydrocarbon fluid oils. Typical applications include LPCVD, Ion Implantation and Nitride.
