The HiCube Eco turbo pumping station is distinguished by its modular construction. Thanks to the many possibilities of combining different turbopumps and backing pumps, the HiCube Eco can be configured to meet the requirements of all applications in high and ultra-high vacuums. In addition, all HiCube Eco pumping stations feature connectivity for digital pressure sensors.
The DCU 002 can also be removed from the metal case and used as a remote control. This pumping station will pump down to 10-8 Torr and the XMPT 200 AR Cold Cathode Pirani Gauge will read to 3.75 X 10-9. This unit is completely plug and play and easily integrates well with other Pfeiffer Vacuum Gauges. A power cable is NOT supplied with this unit. This NEW Pfeiffer HiCube 80 Eco is the complete solution for high vacuum applications. It is modular, flexible, compact and versatile. Comes with a HiPace 80 Turbo Pump with fan cooling included and a CF 4.5 inch inlet flange, MVP 015-2 Diaphragm (Backing/Roughing Pump), TPS 110 Power Supply Pack and a DCU 002 (Display and Control Unit) This Pfeiffer HiPace 80 pumping station also comes with a XPT 200 AR (Analog Relay) Pressure Gauge with Set Points, and CF 2.75 inch inlet) This Gauge is the “X” PT MPT 200 with analog relay and set points. (not the standard version MPT 200 gauge which has no analog relays or set points). The extra (8-pin, A-coded) connector on the gauge with the text “analog/relay” can be used to connect to an ActiveLine controller and to evaluate the switching contacts. The analog signal and relay contacts can also be evaluated using customer-specific circuitry.
Thanks to the modular design principle, we can offer you never-before-seen versatility with the HiCube series that satisfies the widest range of requirements in the pumping speed range from 35 l/s to 685 l/s. Turbopump and backing pump are matched perfectly to one another: “Plug and Play” the way you want it.
