LEYBOLD LEYBONOL LVO 700 Synthetic Cyclic Hydrocarbon Oil, 1 Liter, L70001, LVO700, is also known as LVO-700 oil.

This Leybold LVO700 is a direct replacement Synthetic cyclic hydrocarbon oil for Leybold HE200 and LVO 200 Vacuum pump oil. LVO 700 Vacuum Pump oil is the original Leybold Vacuum Pump oil for large selection of Leybold Vacuum Pumps.

This oil also replaces the discontinued LVO 110.

The Leybold LVO700 oil is being used with Leybold Sogevac BI Series pumps, Leybold Trivac A series and B series vacuum pumps.

Leybold LVO700 can be mixed with Leybold LVO200 oil, we strongly recomend full oil replacement with new LVO 700.

Leybold LVO-700 has Very high thermal stability and highly resistant against oxidation and decomposition.

LVO 700 Oil has a potential for Very long lifetime, up to 3 years in clean application.

Oerlikon Leybold Leybonol LVO 700 mineral oils are products distilled and refined from crude oil. These do not consist of precisely defined compounds but rather consist of a complex mixture. The way in which the mineral oil is pre-treated and its composition is decisive as to the applications it will be suited for.

Depending on the distribution of the hydrocarbons and the dominance of certain properties, mineral oils are grouped according to paraffin-base, naphthenic and aromatic. For the purpose of attaining especially low ultimate pressures, mineral oils must be selected on the basis of a core fraction. The thermal and chemical resistance of mineral oils has been found to be adequate in the majority of applications. They offer a high degree of compatibility with elastomers and resistance to hydrolysis.

Leybold LEYBONOL LVO 700 synthetic cyclic hydrocarbon oil is an H1 registered (by NSF), extremely stable lubricant for vacuum pumps. It was developed for special applications where reactions with chemically active substances can not be avoided.

LVO 700 has very high thermal stability, is highly resistant against oxidation and decomposition and has extended longevity providing long service intervals. It is chemically inert to gases of an acidic nature.

Leybonol LVO 700 is specified for SOGEVAC BI series including SV 120BI (FC) and smaller.

LVO 700 is the designated Leybold replacement for Leybonol LVO 200 (synthetic esther oil) which is used in a large number of Leybold vacuum pumps including Ruvac, DK, E, Trivac A and B series vacuum pumps.

Oils / Greases / Lubricants

The lubricants of Leybold are especially designed with regard to the high demands in vacuum technology. Their vapour pressure is low at high temperatures and the water content and water uptake is minimal. Their viscosity characteristics are flat, lubricating properties excellent, and they have high resistance against thermal decomposition and increased mechanical stress. Depending on the requirements (resistance to hydrolysis or oxidation, non-flammability, DOT-compatibility, approvability for food industry, etc.) different oil fractions, greases and pump fluids are available.
