Edwards IPVPK Pneumatic Inline Isolation Valves
The Edwards IPVPK pneumatic inline isolation valves with single acting cylinder, spring return is designed for high speed actuation from standard pneumatic lines, and are offered in sizes NW10, 16, 25, 40 and 50. The NW16, 25, 40 and 50 versions of the valve are available in both right-angle and in-line styles, to give you more options when you design your vacuum system.
The valves are designed for long life duties, with a MTTF of 5000000 cycles for both bellows and ‘O’ ring sealed versions providing long intervals between services.
The PVPK valves are offered with a choice of either aluminum (PVKA) or stainless steel (PVKS) bodies. Both versions are available with bellows sealing with grease free vacuum wetted ‘O’ rings to deliver low contamination levels in sensitive applications. The aluminum bodied valves have the option of an ‘O’ ring sealed shaft providing a low cost valve ideal for high cycling duties, making them suitable for industrial applications.

A single microswitch is incorporated as standard to give electrical indication of valve status, whilst visual indication of valve position is also provided. Twin microswitch versions are available on some models for OEM applications. The actuator can easily be turned through 90 degrees to suit system design and the valve can be mounted in any position.
