The Agilent TriScroll dry scroll pump features oil-free, high pumping speed and low ultimate pressure to provide clean, dry vacuum. Long-life tip seals typically require replacement on a yearly basis. The pump features bearing purge port to extend the life of the crank bearings. An automatic air ballast manages water vapor without reducing pumping speed. Single phase and 3 phase pumps are offered, including the TriScroll 300 or 600.
